Present Tense is simple form which used to express situation going into effect in this time. Like habit, everyday fact or natural phenomenon.

Formula of Simple Perfect Tense :(+) S + have/has + Verb3 + complement(-) S + have/has + not + Verb3 = complement(?) Have/has + S + Verb3 + complement + ?
Example :(+) He has eaten your bread.(-) He hasn’t eaten your bread.(?) Has he eaten your bread ?
Characteristic :
1.Actions that happen now or today
2.Some present tense verbs have "ing", "s", or "es" on the end of them
3.Clue words: Now, Today
